Shipping

***Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic all orders may be delayed.  This is because we are working to keep our warehouse staff safe and processing of orders will take longer than usual.  There is also a general delay to Royal Mail services.  Your patience is appreciated.***

UK Shipping: We offer shipping at a rate of £3 per book for customers within the UK.  Delivery is expected to take 7-10 working days. If you would like your order sooner, please email us contact@freeassociationpublishing.com but note that delivery charges might be higher.

International Shipping: We offer shipping to international customers for £4 per book, but please note that delivery may take longer than 10 days.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a pre-order item then these items will be shipped as a whole order once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. However, if you would like your other items sooner please let us know so we can arrange this. Please be aware this may incur two delivery charges.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any book purchase on this website, then please contact us contact@freeassociationpublishing.com within 14 working days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.   Please do not send back any products without contacting us first.
